- Purslane (pix) approximately 0.5kg/500gram (1kg/1000gram will produce a thick liquid)
- Three pig intestines (from large intestine to anal canal).
- The water must be sufficient to cover the Purslane and able to last for three hours boiling.
- Clean the intestines thoroughly, you know very well what they contain when the pigs are alive!
Boil them for 2 to 3 hours.

- 水分须遮盖瓜子菜和足以煲至二或三小时。
- 彻底清洗猪大肠头,你应该非常清楚活猪的大肠头装什么!
